The Parish Council meets on average 9 times annually. The meetings are shared between the villages. The meetings are held at Wortham Village Hall during the winter and move to Burgate Church hall for the summer months. The start time of most meetings is 7.30pm, please check agenda to confirm.  Currently due to Covid-19 restrictions all meetings are being held virtually via Zoom.  For login details for email wandbpc@gmail.com

The Annual Parish Meeting is usually held at Wortham Village Hall. All other meetings are usually held in Wortham Sports Pavilion (opposite the village hall).
