Bowls in 2023

Great season in 2023

We are delighted to report that on and off the green we had one of our best seasons on record

In the Stowmarket League, the Club won the Wednesday Triples League and The Presidents Cup to top off a very enjoyable season

Our Upper Waveney League campaign was a ‘personal best’ for the Club finishing third in Division 1 and runners up in The Upper Waveney Presidents Cup

Our Bury and District League team had a very enjoyable season finishing runners up in the Knockout Cup and a respectable mid table position in the League

 

Plans for 2024

We continue to encourage new and experienced bowlers to join us on the green in the corner of the Wortham Playing Fields.  Experienced bowlers looking for competitive bowls or novices looking to 'give bowls at try' are equally welcome.
